Rules governing the use of Larderco material handling automation services, liability of parties, and limitations of responsibility.

Scope of Services

Larderco provides industrial gravimetric feeding lines, heavy-duty belt conveyors, and high-resolution load cell hoppers for dry bulk mineral processing. All equipment is supplied with documented specifications and performance parameters. Custom configurations require written agreement.

User Responsibilities

The user must ensure that the installation site meets the environmental and structural requirements specified in the product documentation. The user is responsible for proper operation, routine maintenance, and compliance with local safety regulations. Any modification to the equipment voids the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Larderco's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment within the warranty period. Larderco is not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, or downtime caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure. The total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product.

Termination of Use

Larderco reserves the right to terminate service or support if the user fails to comply with these terms, including non-payment, misuse of equipment, or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the equipment and return any proprietary documentation.

Changes to Terms

Larderco may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
